WINONA, Minn. – The Winona State football team looks to bounce back after a heartbreaking loss to NCAA DI St. Thomas as the Warriors travel to Aberdeen, S.D., to face Northern State University on Thursday, September 3, at 6 p.m.
Winona State lost its season opener 15-9 against St. Thomas, while Northern State handled Chadron State 42-17. Northern State took the matchup's last contest, defeating WSU 30-24 on September 28, 2024. This will be the first NSIC action for both teams this season.
