Christa Faye Hanson will attempt to create a 20-foot diameter paper snowflake. If successful she’ll break her current Guinness World Record by over five feet.

Christa Berit Hanson, the Hansons' 24-year-old daughter, will attempt to jump rope on a 9-foot, 6-inch giraffe unicycle. If successful she’ll break the long standing 17-year-old Guinness World Record by four inches.

Christa Berit, a former national unicycle champion, has been jump roping on unicycles for over 10 years. Two years ago, she challenged herself to jump rope on taller unicycles moving up to a 5-footer, then to a 7-footer, then to an 8-foot unicycle and finally to the 9-foot, 6-inch unicycle.

The Hanson Family will perform a 30-minute juggling and unicycle show at 2 p.m. before the record attempts. The show and the world records are free and open to the public.
