OSAGE | An Osage man will serve a year of probation after pleading guilty to second-degree harassment earlier this month.

Bryce Steven Zahradnik, 25, was originally charged with felony intimidation with a dangerous weapon in July.

According to court documents, Osage police officers were dispatched at 12:25 a.m. July 10 for a domestic dispute at a residence in the 1000 block of Main Street.

When officers arrived at the home, they said they found Zahradnik outside the front door of the home, which was locked.

Zahradnik had just left the house and attempting to break in after threatening to kill his wife with a gun, according to court documents.

Police said they found a handgun on the front passenger seat of Zahradnik's car. He admitted that he told his wife he had a gun when he was trying to break into the house.

Zahradnik pleaded guilty and was sentenced on Nov. 15.
