CLEAR LAKE | A Rochester woman has been arrested for entering a home in Clear Lake, hitting a resident in the face and taking items without permission.
Marylynn Kristin Lockie, 36, was charged with felony first degree burglary - bodily injury after an incident in the 1500 block of Second Avenue North in Clear Lake.
At about 5:33 p.m. April 11, Clear Lake police said Lockie entered a home without the owner's permission and assaulted a resident by hitting him in the face with her elbow while trying to enter the residence.
Lockie took property belonging to the resident and damaged the property once she was outside of the home, court documents said.

A warrant was for her arrest was issued Monday. She was booked into the Cerro Gordo County Jail at 7:45 a.m. Tuesday and is being held on a $25,000 bond.
As a condition of her release, Lockie only needs to post 10 percent in cash in her name.
Lockie is scheduled to appear in Cerro Gordo County District Court May 4.
