At about 5:45 p.m. Monday, Lindsay allegedly assaulted a man at her residence on the 1300 block of North Adams Avenue.

Court documents said she pushed, scratched and slapped the man in the arms, neck and face.

The man had scratches on his neck and arms consistent with the assault, Mason City Police said in the criminal complaint.

Lindsay was arrested, booked into the Cerro Gordo County Jail and released on her own recognizance following her initial court appearance Tuesday. A no-contact order was issued the same day.

Lindsay is scheduled to appear in Cerro Gordo County District Court Oct. 15.
