MASON CITY | A Mason City woman is accused of threatening two people by pointing a handgun at them in a road rage incident Friday.
Aerial Jeanne Miller, 34, was charged with felony intimidation with a dangerous weapon after she allegedly brandished her Taurus 9mm pistol toward two people in a road rage incident about 4 p.m. Friday at South Taft and Highway 122 in Mason City.
"It was reported to MCPD that a driver of a motor vehicle had displayed a handgun at another vehicle," Police Chief Jeff Brinkley said. "Officers were able to locate the suspect and her vehicle."
According to the criminal complaint, the two who were threatened were able to describe the pistol and were afraid that Miller would “execute the act.”
