MASON CITY - A Mason City man is accused of selling methamphetamine to a police informant in December.

Brett William Funk, 28, is charged with a felony controlled substance violation following a drug deal at a home on the 100 block of Sixth Street Northwest, according to court documents.

About 3:43 p.m. Dec. 6, 2017, Funk allegedly delivered about 1.42 grams of methamphetamine to a cooperation individual under the control of agents with the North Central Iowa Narcotics Task Force.

A nationwide arrest warrant was issued March 1. Funk was arrested Thursday and booked in Cerro Gordo County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
