MASON CITY | A Mason City man is accused of trespassing and causing damage to a property.

Isaac Joseph Lincoln, 36, was charged with misdemeanor trespass - damage greater than $200.

At about 5:52 p.m. Oct. 21, Lincoln allegedly trespassed at a property on the 900 block of North Federal Avenue while the property owner was there. 

Court documents say he damaged a door and drew on the interior walls of the property, causing $400 in damages. Police didn't specify what he drew on the walls.

Lincoln was arrested, booked into the Cerro Gordo County Jail and released on his own recognizance following a court appearance Oct. 22.

Lincoln is scheduled to appear in Cerro Gordo County District Court Nov. 9.
