MASON CITY | A Mason City man, who was arrested in January for showing an 11-year-old girl pornographic images, was arrested again for criminal mischief.
Travis Jon Waslick, 45, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief following an April 29 incident at his home on the 200 block 14th Street Northeast.
About 7:30 p.m., Waslick allegedly punched the rear window of another person’s vehicle, shattering it.
Court documents said the cost to replace the window is less than $500.
Waslick was booked in Cerro Gordo County jail and later posed a $1,000 bond May 6. He is scheduled to appear May 16 in Cerro Gordo County District Court.
Waslick was arrested in January for an incident that occurred Nov. 18, 2017 at his home.
He was charged with two misdemeanors: dissemination and exhibition of obscene material to a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to the criminal complaint, an 11-year-old girl was visiting a friend at Waslick's residence when he showed her two pornographic images on his cell phone. Waslick is not her parent or guardian.
Mason City police arrested him in the 1300 block of North Federal Avenue Jan. 28. Upon arrest, police found a glass pipe in his pocket used for smoking methamphetamine.
Waslick pleaded not guilty to both charges.
A jury trial for the dissemination charge is set for June 19.
