According to court documents, Haubrich had sex with a person who was 15-years-old several times between April 2018 and September 2018.

Haubrich was aware the person was 15-years-old and he was 25 and 26-years-old at the time, Mason City police noted in the criminal complaint.

Mason City police arrested him on a warrant Thursday.

Haubrich was booked into the Cerro Gordo County Jail, where he is being held without bond. No court date has been set.

A no-contact order was issued Friday.
