CLEAR LAKE | A Clear Lake man was arrested for domestic abuse after police say he injured a woman.

Paul Allen Foster, 34, was charged with misdemeanor domestic abuse assault causing injury - first offense following an incident in the 100 block of North 14th Street in Clear Lake.

At about 2:10 a.m. July 8, Foster allegedly grabbed a woman’s face and arm, causing pain, court documents said.
