HAMPTON | A third person suspected of stealing guns and other items from a home near the Hampton Country Club has been arrested.
Jason Riggan, 20, Christian Carstens, 19, and Nicholas Howe, 19, have all been charged with felony third-degree burglary.
Riggan, of Charles City, was arrested this week. Carstens and Howe, both of Waukon, were arrested in February.
They stole guns, ammunition and a gun safe on Dec. 30 from a home on the 1600 block of Club Drive in rural Hampton, according to court documents.
Franklin County Sheriff's Deputy Aaron Todd said in court documents Carstens kicked in a locked basement door and Riggan went inside to help get the items.

Howe allegedly drove them to the house, waited for them in the vehicle and then drove them away.
Carstens is set to go to trial on April 13 in Hampton.
He has pleaded not guilty.
A trial date has not been set for Howe or Riggan.
