The Forest City volleyball team stayed perfect in Top of Iowa Conference West Division play as it cruised to a win in straight sets over Belmond-Klemme, Tuesday, Sept. 19, 25-6, 25-11, 25-5.
Brea Dillavou continued her strong start to the season as the Indians' setter as she racked up 17 assists and finished 16 of 17 at the service line with four aces. She also had five digs.
Kelsey Koch had the best night serving for forest City as she was 20 for 20 with a team-best five aces. She added eight digs, three kills and three assists.
Hannah Anderson led the Indians' offensive attack with seven kills, plus she finished 10-for-10 serving with two aces.
Also for the Indians, Cora Holland had four kills, three digs and two blocks, Emma Hovenga had three kills and Emma Segerstrom added two of her own.
The Indians, who competed in a tournament at Boone last Saturday, returned to the floor Tuesday in a match vs. Bishop Garrigan. They head to Clear Lake on Thursday before dropping back into conference play Tuesday, Oct. 3, in a key matchup at Lake Mills.
