The young couple moved in this spring. While they haven’t had time to decide what art to hang on the walls, or how to decorate their nursery, they’re thrilled with their newly built LGC Home.
“We love it. It’s a great house and has all the things we wanted in a home,” she says. Her husband agrees. “We like having so many windows because we like light, and we wanted an open floor plan.”
Kyle Larson, owner of LGC Homes, describes it as “starting with a Craftsman base and inserting a little farmhouse and industrial chic vibe. It’s a great floor plan that works really well.”
The bright white kitchen features quartz Silstone countertops, stainless appliances and an island with a breakfast bar that easily seats four. The gleaming farmhouse-style faucet at the double apron sink is a touch of fashion touch – like a piece of jewelry on the perfect black dress.
An industrial-inspired chandelier hangs above the dining table set into a sunny nook with easy access to the deck area. In the living room, a cultured stone fireplace is the focal point. Engineered wood floors are practical and easy to clean.
There are five bedrooms total, including guest rooms on the lower level. On the main level, the master wing features a large shower and a long vanity with double sinks and mirrors.
