To learn about Parkinson’s disease, its effects, and possible treatments, register now to participate in “A Journey through Parkinson’s Disease,” an educational series from Iowa State University Extension and Outreach.

The educational series consists of three, 45-minute sessions. Brenda Schmitt, a Human Sciences Specialist, will teach the classes, which include interactive lessons, discussions, and activities.

Local sites, times and dates are: Osage, 2-3:30 p.m. or 6-7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 15, 22 and 29; Thompson, 2-3:30 p.m. or 6-7 p.m. on Monday, June 3, 10 and 17; and Garner, 2-3:30 p.m. or 6-7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 11, 18 and 25.
