ST. ANSGAR -- This has been a rebuilding year for the St. Ansgar boys golfers, as there are fewer players than last season and several of them are in their first year of high school golf.
Sophomore Brody Patterson had two Top 10 finishes at meets this season.
Junior Sawyer Smith said their goals were "just get better, and get some experience."

"It's been a learning experience," said sophomore Derek Peterson. "If you work hard and focus on what you are doing, it's rewarding."
"It's fun because we are in it together," Patterson said.
The Saints' final meet of the regular season is on Friday at home against North Iowa.
