The Saints won their ninth straight game on Friday, July 5, as they beat Crestwood in extra innings, 3-2.

Saint Ansgar got eight hits from its offense. Eighth-grade pitcher Mallory Juhl pitched all 11 innings for the Saints, allowing just seven hits and two runs, with eight strikeouts. 

The Saints scored five runs in the first three innings en route to a 5-3 win, their eighth straight victory, on Wednesday, July 3.

Senior Lily Walk got the win, as she pitched seven innings, allowing 10 hits and three earned runs. On offense, the Saints managed five hits, including a home run from Jadyn Anderson.

The Saint Ansgar softball team beat Clear Lake by a score of 2-1 in extra innings on Tuesday, July 2 as the Saints scored one run in the bottom of the nine inning for the win. 

The Saints next game will come at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 10 at Central Springs, against either Lake Mills, or Dike-New Hartford.
