CRESTWOOD | The Saint Ansgar boys team placed second out of four teams at the Crestwood boys invite on April 9. The Saints scored 170.50 points, close behind Crestwood, who won, with a score of 175. 

Saint's runner Collin Kramer came in third place in the 200 meter dash with a time of 25.66. Braden Powers was runner up in the 400 meter dash, finishing at 56.04. The Saints won the 800 meter run, and the 110 meter hurdles, as Skylar Blunt and Kramer finished with times of 2:12.75 and 16.67. Saint Ansgar athletes Riley Witt and Sage Hulshizer also won the 3200 meter run, and the discus toss. 

The Saints also had success in the relay races, as the 4x400 meter and 4x800 meter relay teams won their respective events. 

On Monday, April 15, the Saints traveled to North Butler for a meet. Results were not available at press time. The Saints travel to Charles City on Tuesday, April 16 for a meet and then on Thursday, April 18 for a meet at North Iowa.
