Saint Ansgar got its first win of the season, at home, on Friday, May 24, scoring two first inning runs, which ended up being the final score against Eagle Grove. 

On Tuesday, May 21, the Saints lost to West Fork by a score of 1-1.

Lily Walk took the loss while giving up 2 runs on 5 hits, while striking out 6.

The only hits for the Saints came from Sam Hemann and Hannah Patterson.

Defensively, the Saints were led by Tanyon Schutjer, Jadyn Anderson, Brooklyn Hackbart and Abby Hemann.

Results from the Saints' tournament action at Newman Catholic, on Saturday, May 25 were not available at press time.

The Saints travel to North Butler on Tuesday, May 28 and then to North Union on Wednesday, May 29, They are home on Thursday, May 30 against Lake Mills. They then travel to Bishop-Garrigan on Friday, May 31 and the a tournament at Charles City on Saturday, June 1.
