The Osage softball team overcame a one-run deficit with four runs in the final three innings, to secure a 6-3 win over Lake Mills on Friday, June 21.

The Green Devils had eight hits, including three singles from junior Melanie Bye, and two singles from Katelyn Halbach. 

Freshman Ashley Halbach got the start, and pitched seven innings, allowing three hits, and three unearned runs, while striking out nine. The win was Osage's second victory in its past three games. The Green Devils will play at West Fork on Wednesday. 

Rockford's Jamie Schuster limited the Green Devils to only two hits during their Wednesday, June 19, 6-4 victory over Osage. Jenna Paulus went 3-for-3 with an RBI, and Schuster added a pair of RBIs on two doubles.

Osage scored two of its runs in the seventh inning. Kate Mostek scored a pair of runs. Libby Schwamman and Kourtney Chambers each had one hit.

The Osage softball team dominated Nashua-Plainfield by a score of 19-3 on Monday, June 17, as the Green Devils used 10 hits and nine walks to build a commanding lead over the Huskies. Freshman Ashley Halbach pitched six innings, and allowed five hits and three earned runs. 

The Green Devils traveled to West Hancock on Monday, June 24. They travel to West Fork on Wednesday, June 26. The Green Devils with then host Algona on Thursday, June 27 and Eagle Grove on Friday, June 28.
