The Green Devils, coming off a 13-18 mark last season, return six seniors from last year’s team. Among them is Katelyn Halbach, an outfielder who led the Green Devils with a .476 batting average. Fellow seniors Kourtney Chambers (.348) and Olivia Dodd (.341) are also expected to produce at the plate.
Victoria Schwarting will look to build off an impressive freshman campaign that saw her bat .395.

“(We’re) looking forward to a good season,” Huffman said. “We have a lot of contributors back from last year and many of these girls have been on varsity for multiple years.”
