Summer has finally arrived.
City celebrations, camping, boating and barbeques will be everyday events. The Fourth of July is fast approaching and with all these events comes responsibility.

During the summer months, alcohol-related crashes and arrests increase. The area roadways get busier, parks fill up and families start vacations. Everyone at the sheriff's office wants you to enjoy summer and everything it has to offer. Sheriff's patrols will be out keeping our roadways and parks safe. I encourage you to contact my office immediately if you see an unsafe driver on the roadways, don't dismiss it as nothing, let us check it out and make sure it is indeed nothing.
