Steve Carrier, with Mega Force Evangelistic Ministries, will appear at 6 p.m. on Sunday, June 16 at the Osage Alliance Church.
Carrier is a powerlifting champion, taking runner-up in the ISKA World Power brick breaking championships. He broke the Guinness Book of World Records by breaking 30 bats over his knee in 60 seconds. Carrier has appeared on Ripley’s Believe it or Not, Steve Harvey’s Big Time and NBC’s America’s Got Talent where he ran through 3, 2x4s with one flex of his chest as they burst into flames.
Carrier was born crippled, having to wear braces on his legs in order to walk. His parents were told by medical professionals he would never walk again. However, through much faith and prayers, Carrier said, “I will one day be a professional athlete.”
On his way to becoming a professional basketball player, God called him to be a preacher of the Gospel instead. He now serves God from a sports prospective and preaches the Gospel throughout the U.S.

In 2000, Carrier established the Mega Force Evangelistic Ministries.
He appears in public schools across the nation sharing motivational messages about how to be a “Dream Maker” and not a “Dream Breaker.”
This event is free and the public is invited to attend this family event on Father's Day.
