FOREST CITY | The Indians’ volleyball team was honored for multiple individuals’ success in 2018, as six players were named to Top of Iowa All-Conference teams.
One of those players, Kelsey Koch, was named the TIC Player of the Year. Koch finished the season with a team-high 237 kills, and she converted on 96.8 percent of her serves. She also led the team with 84 sets.
Coach Lacey Jerome was named Coach of the Year.
Including Koch, Forest City had three players on the TIC All-Conference First Team. Senior Cora Holland, as well as sophomore Kaylee Miller, joined Koch and were honored for their remarkable seasons.
Emma Hovenga and Ellie Caylor were named to the second team, and Emma Segerstrom was named to the third team.
