FOREST CITY | Twelve Indians players put the ball into the basket Tuesday, Dec. 11, during Forest City's blowout victory against Northwood-Kensett.

The final score was Forest City 70, Northwood-Kensett 34.

Micah Lambert had a team-high 14 points, Avery Busta had 11 points, four assists and four steals, and Riley Helgeson had 10 points.

Forest City led 42-12 at the end of the first half. 

Forest City entered Friday's game against West Hancock undefeated, but they left with their first lost off the season.

The final score was West Hancock 47, Forest City 42.

West Hancock outscored the Indians 24-14 during the second and third quarters and Lucas Weiland had 18 points to lead the Eagles. Joe Smith had a double-double, scoring 10 points, grabbing 12 boards and dishing out five assists. 

Noah Miller and Micah Lambert combined for 31 points. Lambert had 12 rebounds, as well.

This week, the Indians (6-1) were on the road Monday, Dec. 17, against Bishop-Garrigan (5-1). Tuesday, Dec. 18, they were also on the road at Belmond-Klemme (3-4). The Indians finish the week on the road at Crestwood (4-0) on Thursday, Dec. 20.
