Forest City's girls track and field team placed first at the 2019 Cardinal Girls Relays at Garner-Hayfield-Ventura High School on Tuesday, April 16.
The Indians won in a landslide, as they finished with 163 team points. The second-place team, Central Springs, had 117.5.
Hannah Good and Anna Lehmann took first and second, respectively, in the 400-meter dash. Good finished in 1:05.12, and Lehmann finished in 1:05.63.
Lehmann also was first in the 1,500m run.
That duo also took the top two spots in the 800m run.
Kelsey Koch took first in the 100m hurdles with a time of 16.20.
Koch (15 feet, 7 1/2 inches) and Shae Dillavou (4 feet, 8 inches) were also first in the long jump and high jump, respectively.
In addition to the individual success, the 4x400m, 4x800m and 800m spring medley relay teams all placed first.

They also placed third at the Gilbert Relays on Monday, April 15.
Regan Helgeson placed third in the 200m dash with a time of 29.59. Koch was second in the 100m hurdles, finishing in 17.06.
Cora Holland was third in the discus with a throw of 100 feet, 2 1/2 inches. She was also second in the shot put (36 feet, 11 inches).
A trio of Forest City relay teams (4x400m, 4x800 and 1,600m distance medley) placed third.
The Indians concluded their week at Estherville, where they placed fifth. Koch was first in the 100m hurdles (16.39) and the long jump (15 feet, 1/2 inch). The 4x400m relay team also placed first.
This week, the Indians host a meet at Waldorf University on Tuesday, April 23. On Friday, April 26, they travel to Hampton-Dumont.
