EAGLE GROVE | The Indians picked up an impressive victory on the road Tuesday, Nov. 27, outscoring Eagle Grove by 40 points. 

The final score was Forest City 74, Eagle Grove 34.

Noah Miller had a team-high 18 points, which was fueled by five makes from beyond the arc. Avery Busta had six points, seven rebounds, 10 assists and two steals. Micah Lambert added 10 points, six rebounds, two assists and two steals. 

The Indians, who face Garner-Hayfield-Ventura on Friday, shot 11-of-15 from the free-throw line and nine-of-27 from deep. 

Forest City held Garner-Hayfield-Ventura to just 10 first-half points and came up with a key 48-38 win over the Cardinals in Top of Iowa Conference West Division boys basketball on Friday, Nov. 30.

Avery Busta led three Indians in double figures with 16 points. Noah Miller and Riley Helgeson had 12 and 11 points, respectively, for Forest City. James Betz led all scorers with 20 for the Cardinals.

The Indians (2-0) are on the road Tuesday, Dec. 4 when they travel to North Union (0-1). They will be at home on Friday, Dec. 7 against North Iowa (1-1).
