Forest City won its fourth consecutive game as senior Jordan Spooner pitched a complete game Friday, June 21. The 8-2 victory marked the Indians’ fourth in a row.

Kellen Cameron and Trey Pfeffer each had a pair of hits for the Warhawks. 

Forest City won its third consecutive game behind some quality pitching from freshman Reese Moore in a 6-1 win on June 19.

Moore pitched a complete game and allowed only one earned run and four hits. Blaze Andersen added three RBIs and a triple in the Indians 6-1 win. 

Micah Lambert also had two hits and a stolen base.

The Forest City baseball team beat Denver by a single run on Tuesday, June 18, improving the Indians record to 10-6 on the season. Denver held a 4-0 lead for most of the game, but ended up with a 5-4 loss.

In the bottom of the sixth, the Indians scored three runs, and then scored two more in the seventh, to walk off with the victory. Senior Trey Blaser was the winning pitcher. 

The Indians hosted Eagle Grove on Monday, June 24. They travel to Spirit Lake on Tuesday, June 25. The Indians play at North Butler on Wednesday, June 26 and at Clear Lake on Thursday, June 27. They finish the week on Friday, June 28 when they host North Union.
