Barbara M. James, 67, conspiracy to commit prescription drug prohibited acts.  James is scheduled to be sentenced on May 7, 2019.

Jordan L. Meier, 19, Forest City, count two, burglary in the second degree and count three, burglary in the third degree. For count two, an indeterminate prison sentence not to exceed 10 years and $1,000.  The prison sentence and fine were suspended.  For count three, an indeterminate prison sentence not to exceed five years and $750 fine, applicable surcharges, court costs and victim restitution. The prison sentence, fine and surcharges were suspended, probation for a period of five years.

John H. Moklestad, 76, Lake Mills, burglary in the third degree - deferred judgment and $625 civil penalty, probation for a period of two years.

Robert L. Morales, 21, San Benito, Texas, theft in the first degree, an indeterminate prison sentence not to exceed 10 years and $1,000. The prison sentence was suspended and probation for a period of five years.

Kristopher W. Voigt, 38, Mason City, kidnapping in the third degree, an indeterminate prison sentence not to exceed 10 years and $1,000.

Caleb R. Angel, 29, Lake Mills, contempt of court for a probation violation, 90 days in jail.

Mark A. Gruis, 20, Forest City, eluding - speed over 25 over limit, $750 fine - suspended, prison for five years - suspended, five years probation; possession of controlled substance - marijuana - first offense, total cost $3567.50

Esther E. Poeppe, 24, Emmetsburg, public intoxication - third or subsequent offense, 29 days with credit time served, $625 fine - suspended, total cost $279.83.

Mark A. Gruis, 20, Forest City, domestic abuse assault - injury or mental illness - first offense, 365 days in jail - suspended, two years probation, $315 fine; possession of a controlled substance - marijuana - first offense, seven days in jail, two years probation; total cost $1,764.77.

John J. Moklestad, 76, Lake Mills, burglary - third degree - motor vehicle - deferred judgement, two years probation - with credit for time served, $625 fine - suspended, total cost $303.

Robert L. Morales, 21, Buffalo Center, theft - first degree, 10 years in prison - credit for time served, five years probation, $1,000 fine, total cost $23,657.
