Waldorf football players clean up

Football players from Waldorf University recently helped Forest City residents with spring chores such as raking leaves.

FOREST CITY | The Waldorf University football players and coaches will be doing spring chores for the citizens of Forest City later this month.

The team of over 70 young men will take on the spring cleaning tasks of raking leaves, cleaning gutters, moving furniture and taking garbage to the dump, starting at 8 a.m. on April 20, as their team community service project.

Freewill donations to the football program will be accepted.
