The firm expects to complete construction by Nov. 30, 2020.
According to the contract, the payment by the City will be split into two phases: $15,000 for Phase 1, which includes creating a preliminary building program and conceptual design for the new library, and 8.35 percent of construction costs for Phase 2, which includes creating construction documents, assisting with the bidding of the project, construction administration and a warranty walk through.
