Residents of Forest City are now able to pay bills with the city through a new online bill pay service.
On Monday, April 22 the City of Forest City launched an online payment option on the City’s website, www.cityofforestcity.com., which allows residents to make payments for Forest City Utilities, Parks and Recreation Dept. programming and pool passes and police department issued tickets.
The system will accept credit cards and offer an electronic check option.
“This is the first time the City has offered online payment for utility payments and police department issued tickets,” said Barb Smith, city administrator, “and it’s designed to be easy for the consumer.”
