The West Hancock softball team ended its season by winning two of its final three games.

But the jubilation of sweeping Garner-Hayfield-Ventura the week before gave way to a tough end to the season, as the Eagles lost to Rockford by an 11-1 margin on Monday, July 8.

The Eagles managed just five hits in the game. On the mound, junior Madison Eisenmann allowed nine hits and 11 runs in 5 2/3 innings of work.
