West Hancock handed Belmond-Klemme its seventh consecutive loss on Friday, June 21, beating the Broncos, 11-6.

Chandler Redenius and Tristan Hunt each had a pair of hits, and the duo combined to score five runs. Tate Hagen earned the win on the mound, pitching 5 2/3 innings with two earned runs and five strikeouts.

The Eagles ended a five-game skid Thursday, June 20, with a 12-2 walk-off victory over West Bend-Mallard.

West Hancock scored multiple runs in five innings, including three in each of the first two.

Forest City won its third consecutive game behind some quality pitching from freshman Reese Moore on Wednesday, June 19.

Moore pitched a complete game and allowed only one earned run and four hits. Blaze Andersen added three RBIs and a triple.

Micah Lambert also had two hits and a stolen base.

The loss marked the Eagles’ fifth straight.

The Eagles hosted the Green Devils on Monday, June 24. They will host Central Springs on Wednesday, June 26. On Thursday, June 27, they travel to Emmetsburg. The Eagles finish the week on Friday, June 28, when they travel to St. Ansgar.
