BRITT | Students in this year's fall play, at West Hancock High School, portrayed a number of different talking critters, including spiders, flamingos and deer.
"Born To Be Wild" was a comedy that explained why animals behave the way they do.
The play featured 10 scenes where animals talk to each other.
One scene was a conversation between a spider and a fly before the spider eats the fly.
Another skit featured a male praying mantis and a female praying mantis before the female tears off the male's head.
A third scene explained why deer run into the path of motorists.
All the cast members had multiple roles in the play.
