The Hancock County Relay for Life is set for Friday, June 21, 6 to 10 p.m., at the Veterans Memorial Recreation Center in Garner.
This year’s theme is “Attacking all Cancers and Giving Hope.”
The event begins at 6 p.m. with a Survivor Reception and community meal in the recreation center.
The relay will include an opening ceremony at 6:45 p.m., the Survivor and Caregiver Walk, at 7:45 p.m. the Luminaria ceremony and at 9:45 p.m. will be the closing ceremony.

There will be a time of fun and games at 8:30 p.m. which will include door prize, Bingo, team fundraising activities and relay challenges.
Other activities planned for the evening include a silent auction, door prizes, a balloon release, entertainment, and line dancing.
