Britt Public Library welcomes Hudson's return for new Oct. 20 performance

The Britt Public Library and the Friends of the Britt Public Library announced that Duffy Hudson will return to Britt for an all new performance at 7 p.m. on Oct. 20.

According to a news release, the new show is titled, “Who is the Black Dahlia.” Discovered lying by the side of the road in an empty field on the morning of Jan.15, 1947, Elizabeth Short is the victim of perhaps the most horrific and brutal murder in Los Angeles history.

This is the true story tells how a retired L.A. homicide detective unravels the gruesome details of her death, only to discover the shocking secret his family has kept hidden for over 50 years. Imagine discovering dad is a serial killer.

Area residents are invited to join well-known Broadway and film actor Duffy Hudson on the journey of homicide detective, Steve Hodel, as he digs deep into this mystery and discovers the father he never knew.
