The Canadian Pacific Holiday Train rolls through Mason City in 2015.

The Canadian Pacific Holiday Train returns to Mason City Dec. 6, arriving at 7:45 p.m. at the CP railroad yard, 904 S. Pennsylvania Ave.

The program, from 8-8:30 p.m., will include entertainment by Canadian artists Terri Clark, Dallas Smith and Kelly Prescott.

The train is partnering with Hawkeye Harvest Food Bank, and people are encouraged to bring non-perishable items or cash donations for the food drive. Admission is free.

The Grafton Depot Museum will host an open house to watch the train as it passes through town at approximately 6 p.m. Dec. 6. Hot apple cider and cookies will be served from 5:30-7.

The train is also scheduled to stop in Charles City at 11:30 a.m. Dec. 7, at the intersection of Main Street and Grand Avenue.
