In this position, you will have the opportunity to use different skills every day as you learn the industry and fill in for vacancies in various areas of our plant. Here’s What We’re Looking For: • High school diploma or GED required; some college or technical school is desired. • Mechanical or electrical background preferred with a desire to move to other job classifications. • Opportunities to move to other positions within plant and company. • Must be capable of performing heavy manual labor and work outside all year long. • Availability to work ANY shift and ANY day, including overtime as required. • Schedule may vary from day-to-day and weekto-week depending on plant requirements and conditions. • Overtime will be required on an as-needed basis.
