HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR Good Shepherd, the premier senior living provider in North Iowa, is seeking a Human Resources Director. This position is responsible for establishing and coordinating all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, hiring, orientation, training, benefits, safety and affirmative action. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field is required. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of human resources experience and the ability to communicate with a diverse employee and resident population. Certified PHR or SPHR is desired.
