Physical loss loans are available for 10 counties in Iowa, due to four separate disaster events, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Farm Service Agency. Farm operators who have suffered major physical losses caused by excessive rain, flash flooding, flooding, hail, high winds, lighting and tornadoes that occurred over the summer may be eligible for emergency loans.
North Iowa counties impacted June 22 include Butler, Franklin, Cerro Gordo, Floyd, Hancock and Wright.
