DUBUQUE — Mason City’s Morgan Vorba (right) and Autumn Alitz own the top distances in their respective events heading into tonight’s Class 4A regional meet at Loras College.

Vorba, a sophomore, has the top qualifying distance in the long jump (16 feet, 10 inches).

Cedar Falls freshman Melanie Stoss ranks second at 16-8.

In the high jump, Alitz ranks first in the region with a jump of 5-4 1/4. Mason City junior Brea Alexander is tied for second with four others at 5-0.

The top four in each event qualify for the state meet.
