The Mohawk Hockey Club had three players selected to the Midwest high School Hockey Leagues All-Star teams Monday.

Mohawk Hockey Club junior Zach Jimenez was tabbed as a first-team All Star. Jimenez, who made the team as a forward, led the Mohawks with 19 goals and 15 assists and recorded four game-winning goals.

Juniors Nate Lassise and Jaxon Jones were also selected to the All-Star team. Lassise, who recorded 10 goals and 13 assists, was a second-team selection as a forward. Jones, who tallied three goals and eight assists, was a second-team defenseman.

The Mohawk Hockey Club heads to the MHSHL tournament Friday in Ames as a No. 7 seed and will play No. 2 seed Omaha at 4 p.m.
