URBANDALE — The Mohawk Hockey Club did just enough offensively and Parker Dondlinger was brilliant in goal as the Mohawks picked up a 1-0 win over the Des Moines Oak Leafs in Midwest High School Hockey League play on Friday.

Skylar Watt provided the lone goal 5 minutes, 50 seconds into the first period on an assist from Brett Despenas.

Meanwhile, Dondlinger stopped all 37shots he faced in goal for the shutout.

The Mohawks (12-13-1-1), who are still in the mix for a spot in the MHSHL tournament, host Ames tonight in their final game of the regular season.
