MANLY — Kaylee Parks certainly left her mark on the Central Springs basketball program.

She finished as the school's all-time leading scorer and was the Panthers' first all-state selection. It was easy to see she had the talent to play at the next level, and on Thursday, Parks made it official as she signed to play basketball next fall at Luther College in Decorah.

Parks, a four-sport standout at Central Springs, ended up with 1,465 career points, 418 rebounds and 304 steals. She was a two-time all-state selection.
