• Compiled an 8-2 record on the mound with a 1.74 ERA with 53 strikeouts and held opponents to a .110 batting average in 44 1/3 innings.

• Batted .417 with a slugging percentage of .802 for Mason City, which made the 4A state tournament.

• Had 40 hits, including 16 doubles and seven home runs, and added 23 RBIs as he was named to the all-area team for the second-straight year.

• Was an IHSBCA second-team all-Northeast District and a first-team all-Top of Iowa Conference West Division selection for the Bulldogs.

• Led the Bulldogs’ offense with 33 hits and a batting average of .393.

• Had eight doubles, seven home runs, 36 RBIs and finished with a slugging percentage of .833 for Lake Mills, which was 14-14.

• Was an INA Class 1A first-team all-state, IHSBCA first-team all-state, IHSBCA first-team all-Central District and a first-team all-Top of Iowa Conference East Division selection for the Warhawks.

• Led the Warhawks, who were 22-5-1, with a .500 batting average as he was named to the all-area team for the third straight year.

• The leadoff hitter had 36 hits, eight doubles, three home runs, 21 RBIs and an on-base percentage of .648 as he struck out just five times.

• Was the captain of the Class 1A INA all-state team, an INA first-team all-state, IHSBCA “Super Team,” IHSBCA first-team all-Northeast District and a first-team all-Top of Iowa Conference East Division selection for the Knights.

• Led the state, regardless of class, with 71 RBIs and 29 doubles.

• Batted .524 with three triples and six home runs, had a slugging percentage of .935 and on-base percentage of .601 for the Knights, who won their sixth state title.

• Was an IHSBCA Class 1A second-team all-Northeast District and first-team all-Top of Iowa Conference East Division selection for the Knights.

• Hit .388 with an on-base percentage of .592 on-base percentage as he was named to the all-area team for the second straight year.

• Added 38 hits, 12 doubles, three triples, six home runs, 42 RBIs and 17 stolen bases for the Knights, who were Class 1A state champions.

• Was a first-team IHSBCA Class 3A all-state, first-team all-Northwest district and first-team all-North Central Conference selection for the Bulldogs.

• Finished with a .380 batting average and an on-base percentage of .500.

• Had 35 hits, eight doubles and 21 RBIs for the Bulldogs, who ended the summer 15-17.

• Led the Saints with a .423 batting average, and had 41 hits, two doubles, three triples, 37 RBIs and scored 34 runs.

• The left-hander was 4-2 on the mound with a 1.65 ERA, 68 strikeouts and a batting average against of .099 in 42 1/3 innings.

• Compiled a 9-1 record on the mound for Newman with an ERA of 0.74.

• Struck out 99 batters and held opponents to a .142 batting average in 57 innings.

• Was an IHSBCA Class 2A first-team all-Central District and a unanimous first-team all-North Central Conference selection for the Lions.

• Collected 39 hits, eight doubles, three triples and 30 RBIs.

• Batted .379 with an on-base percentage of .476 for the Lions, who were 16-18.

• The Saints’ ace was 7-1 on the mound with a 0.89 ERA, 68 strikeouts and a batting average against of .133 in 47 innings as he was named to the all-area team for the second straight year.

• Hit .324 with 33 hits, seven doubles and 18 RBIs to help lead St. Ansgar to the TIC East title.

• Was an INA Class 2A third-team all-state, IHSBCA first-team all-Central District and a first-team all-Top of Iowa Conference West Division selection for the Indians.

• Led the Indians, who played in a substate final, with a .457 batting average and collected 42 hits, 12 doubles, one triple, three home runs and 36 RBIs.

• Was 5-1 on the mound with a 1.51 ERA, 41 strikeouts and held opponents to a .186 batting average.

• Hit .413 with 33 hits, six doubles, three home runs, 36 RBIs and had an on-base percentage of .518 as he was named to the all-area team for the second straight year.

• Was an INA Class 4A second-team all-state, IHSBCA first-team all-state, IHSBCA first-team North Central District and first-team all-CIML-Iowa Division selection for the Mohawks.

• Tied a school record with 65 hits as he compiled a .425 batting average.

• Added 10 doubles, one triple, one home run, 22 RBIs and 30 stolen bases for the Mohawks, who played in their first state tournament since 2011.
