The early story in Week 4, in addition to Deshaun Watson dominating the Titans and New Orleans pitching a shutout vs. the Dolphins in London, is several injuries to key players.

The Falcons are without their top two receivers, Julio Jones (hip) and Mohamed Sanu (hamstring), who were both ruled out shortly after the second half began in Atlanta, where the Bills lead the Falcons, 14-10. Jones had three catches for 30 yards before being tended to by trainers on the sideline, then heading to the locker room before half.

Marcus Mariota suffered a hamstring injury in Houston and has been deemed questionable to return. Mariota was caught grimacing on the sideline following a 31-yard touchdown near the end of the first half and was replaced by Matt Cassel after intermission with Tennessee getting blown out by the Texans, 37-14.

And Vikings star rookie RB Dalvin Cook, who entered Sunday as the NFL's second-leading rusher, grabbed his left knee and fumbled without being contacted early in the third quarter vs. the Lions. He was quickly ruled out for the remainder of the game shortly after heading to the locker room.
