James Dalton Sliger, 17, Nora Springs, Duane Allen Patterson, 59, St. Ansgar, and Marilyn Ann Rockafellow, 81, St. Ansgar, were transported by Nora Springs Ambulance and Mason City Fire Medics to Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa, Mason City, according to a news release from the Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s Department.

Both vehicles were totaled and came to rest along the bridge guardrails, according to the press release.

Rockafellow was a passenger in Patterson’s vehicle.
