North Iowa has not only lost one of its best lawyers ever, but a true pillar of the Community. Chuck McManigal was genuine leader who was as unpretentious as he was fair and hardworking; as kind as he was tough. He truly cared about making Mason City a better place, and for over 40 years, that's what he did. Most anyone can talk a good game, but Chuck actually followed through, and delivered. He'll be missed by more friends than any ten people ever get to make in this life. Rest in Peace.
