CLEAR LAKE | A Minneapolis man was arrested Saturday night after threatening to harm a male acquaintance from Clear Lake.
Victor Rivera, 46, has been charged with going armed with intent, a Class D felony.
According to Lt. Paul Chizek of the Clear Lake Police Department, Rivera was not armed at the time of his arrest but a knife was later recovered.
Charges of disorderly conduct and interference with official acts have been discharged.
Rivera remains in the Cerro Gordo County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
